Terms of Service
Effective date: June 17, 2026
Important note: These Terms apply to infioo website, design, hosting, customer system, automation, and monthly retainer services.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of infioo.com and your purchase or use of services from INFIOO LLC. By submitting an intake form, paying an invoice, approving a proposal, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Services
infioo provides website design, website redesign, website launch services, hosting-related support, customer intake systems, CRM setup, booking flows, SMS/email follow-up, call routing, review requests, customer retention flows, and related digital services.
3. Project Timelines
The 48-hour launch timeline applies to qualifying projects after payment is received and after the client provides required information, assets, access, and approvals. Delays in client feedback, missing assets, custom requirements, third-party issues, or unclear instructions may extend timelines.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, branding assets, content, legal text, images, required access, and timely feedback. Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights and are lawful for their intended use.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment method agreed by infioo. Work may begin after payment or deposit is received. Monthly retainers, hosting, support, updates, CRM, automation, SMS, calls, WhatsApp, and other usage-based features may be billed according to the selected plan or agreement.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Because infioo begins strategy, design, setup, and production work shortly after an order is placed, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
If a cancellation request is made very quickly after payment and before meaningful work has begun, infioo may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund after deducting payment processing fees, administrative time, strategy work, setup work, design work, and any other costs already incurred.
Access to unfinished, unpaid, refunded, or partially refunded project materials may be withheld to prevent misuse, unauthorized use, or unfair access to work product.
7. Revisions
Included revisions depend on the selected package or written agreement. Additional revisions, expanded scope, new pages, new features, automation changes, copywriting, branding, integrations, or emergency work may be billed separately.
8. Scope Changes
If the project scope changes after payment or intake, infioo may provide a revised quote, timeline, or additional invoice before continuing expanded work.
9. Monthly Services
Monthly retainers may include hosting, support, updates, CRM management, automation management, communication features, monitoring, or other services depending on the selected plan. Usage-based costs such as SMS, calls, WhatsApp, or similar communication services may be billed separately or added to the monthly invoice.
10. Client Access and Ownership
Final project access, files, credentials, or handover may be provided after all applicable invoices are paid in full. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, infioo may retain ownership of reusable templates, internal systems, processes, design methods, automation logic, code libraries, and tools used to deliver the service.
After full payment, the client receives rights to use the final approved website and deliverables for their business, subject to any third-party service terms, license restrictions, subscription requirements, or ongoing hosting/CRM limitations.
11. Third-Party Services
Services may depend on third-party providers such as hosting platforms, Google services, Stripe, domain registrars, email providers, SMS/call/WhatsApp providers, analytics tools, and other infrastructure. infioo is not responsible for outages, price changes, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party providers.
12. Content and Legal Compliance
Clients are responsible for their business claims, advertising claims, privacy notices, cookie notices, legal pages, regulated-industry disclosures, professional licensing statements, and compliance with laws applicable to their business. infioo may provide draft text or technical implementation support, but this is not legal advice.
13. Prohibited Use
Clients may not use infioo services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, harmful, spam-related, or unauthorized activities. infioo may suspend or terminate services if misuse is suspected.
14. No Guaranteed Results
infioo works to improve design, clarity, customer flow, lead capture, booking, follow-up, and automation. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, traffic, leads, bookings, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, infioo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing monthly services according to the applicable agreement or billing terms. infioo may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, legal risk, abusive behavior, or breach of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless mandatory consumer or local laws provide otherwise.
